Wearable health company WHOOP has introduced a set of new healthcare-focused features, including on-demand video consultations with licensed clinicians for U.S. users and electronic health record integration through a partnership with HealthEx.
The updates allow WHOOP members to access clinical history directly within the app, while clinicians can review biometric data, bloodwork, and medical records during consultations. The launch marks a further expansion of the company’s platform beyond fitness and recovery tracking into broader health management and care delivery.
WHOOP also unveiled new AI features called “My Memory” and “Proactive Check-Ins.” My Memory allows users to add or edit personal context so AI-generated recommendations better reflect their goals and lifestyle. Proactive Check-Ins are designed to surface personalized prompts around areas such as sleep, training, and travel recovery.
The company additionally redesigned its WHOOP Journal, enabling users to log behaviors, supplements, and life events through voice or text inputs while receiving AI-generated insights based on patterns in their data.
The product rollout comes less than two months after WHOOP announced a $575 million Series G round at a $10.1 billion valuation. The financing included backing from Collaborative Fund alongside participation from a number of athletes and celebrity investors, including LeBron James and Cristiano Ronaldo.
